What is Laser Engraving?
XTool D1 Pro Diode Laser Engraver
Laser engraving is the mechanical way of engraving and cutting materials using a concentrated light source (diode) by altering speed & power settings you can produce a variable shading to the materials to produce images & patterns.
By increasing the power element the Laser engraver can also cut some materials with great accuracy. so the applications for design are endless.

Our trophies are created to be bespoke for each event, for example golf trophies include details such as:
Event/Charity name, details relating to a specific Golf hole, venue name, type of award (nearest the pin Etc). Winners names can also be applied for any completed events to make them fully personalised.

Flag Fen Bronze age Boat Puzzles
These wooden puzzles replicate 2 of the bronze age boats discovered at Must Farm, Peterborough. Now preserved, the original boats are displayed at Flag Fen Archaeological Park, where these puzzles form part of their interactive display.
We created these from drawings provided by flag fen using 3 & 6mm Birch Plywood engraved & cut using our xTool D1 Pro laser engraver.
Golf Memorabilia Display
A friend provided his collection of Golf Ball Markers and pitch repair tools and asked if I could create a display for him, the bag of bits contained a large variety of pieces all different shapes and sizes, the photos show what I came up with to show off all his bits and pieces.
The Clock contains 15 ball markers of famous courses around the UK & Ireland.
The boxed Item (this is one of 2 created) contains a double sided large ball marker with course details displayed on both sides, the disc can rotate so both sides can be seen.
The large rack contains all the remaining Pitch repair tools/Ball Markers, the top 2 shelves are removable to allow room to add extras at a later date.
