About Us

Blue Heart Crafts came about a few years ago, as I needed an outlet for my makes as an alternative to craft fairs. More recently, my husband has joined the team with his Laser Crafts. 

Following a desire to spin my own yarn, I became involved in the fibre industry at the source of wool production and processing. As well as providing supplies for my own crafts, it enabled me to supply processed fibre to the crafts market. I have also dipped into the world of dyeing yarn and fibre, producing some unique and interesting colour combinations. 

I am very creative and love to use a variety of different mediums and often combine these to produce unique creations. 

Over the years I have expanded my creative repertoire which includes upcycling, beading, macrame, decoupage, papercrafts, to name but a few. 

I love working with natural products and repurposing the old into the new. 

My husband retired recently and developed his creativity using a laser cutting and engraving machine to produce a range of mostly wooden items.  From keyrings to jewellery to craft tools, personalized trophies and signage.  The products list is always growing as new ideas develop.
